1. Cancellation by Users

Users may cancel their subscription or service by contacting us at externship@spigroup.in. 

Refunds for cancellations are provided based on the terms at the time of purchase. Generally, no refunds are issued once the service has commenced, unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation by Externship

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a User’s access to services at our discretion, particularly in cases of breach of Terms and Conditions.

In cases of cancellation unrelated to User misconduct, a pro-rata refund may be issued for any unused portion of the service.

3. Service Changes

Externship reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice. In such cases, affected Users will be notified and may be eligible for refunds based on the remaining service level.
